At the time of writing Baker’s cottage is available for Christmas shopping breaks in November and December and for the Christmas weekend itself. To get your Christmas off to a festive start we leave a welcome basket with some seasonal goodies, as well as a decorated tree for our December guests. Check availability and prices.

What some of our guest thought about their Christmas stays at Baker’s Cottage:

{We had a lovely time thanks. The cottage was great - no complaints at all. The little welcome treats were fabulous and greatly appreciated, and we felt cosy and Christmassy while there! We will return again… Christmas at Chester is becoming a bit of a tradition!
Lindsay B from Liverpool, 3rd stay, December 2023
{Being December and the weather being often very cold and wet we really enjoyed staying indoors. Spending time cooking nice meals, doing a 1,000 piece jigsaw together, having a bath or sitting together in the front room by the Christmas tree watching a DVD. It was our annual gettogether as long term friends and Baker's Cottage was a perfect place for that. We could go out and sample some English way of life and enjoy staying at a very nice and cosy home!

{We had a lovely Christmas day with Paul's mum able to come & visit us. Lovely Christmas decorations & small touches that made it special!
Kirstie R from France, December 2018
{The lights, Christmas tree and extra treats made us feel very welcome and enhanced the pleasure of our stay. Lovely Christmas spirit, thank you!
